Welcome to Quit2Heal!
The first step to joining the study is to find out if you are eligible. To do that, we need you to take a short (about 5 minutes) screening survey. It has some basic questions about you and your smoking. First, we want to give you a little bit of information about Quit2Heal:

The Quit2Heal Study is being conducted by the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center.
This study is looking for adult cancer patients who smoke cigarettes and want to quit. Participants will be asked to use the assigned Quit2Heal smartphone app. The goal of this study is to learn which app is the most useful for cancer patients who want to quit smoking. The app programs are free. The study will also involve several short surveys at the start of the study and again 3, 6, and 12 months later. It costs nothing to join this study. You will receive up to $105 for completing three follow up surveys.

To see if you are eligible for this study, you will first need to fill out a screening survey. This survey asks some basic questions about your smoking history, your cancer, and about your age, race/ethnicity, place of residence, and gender. Your answers to the screening survey questions will be entered in this secured website and kept confidential by our study staff. If you enroll in the study, notice of your enrollment may be shared with your medical treatment team.
You do not have to be in this study. You are free to say yes or no, or to drop out after joining. There is no penalty or loss of benefits if you say no.
